In August/ September, 2013 issue, page 10, Carolyn Welch wants to know if there is a difference between U.S. wheat and European wheat, as the U.S. wheat seems to be more gluten-intolerant. The U.S. wheat is altered by GMO engeneering. U.S. wheat has more chromosomes than it did naturally and there may be other GMO changes also. Many countries in Europe have banned GMO engineered foods. These engeneered foods are dangerous to peoples health and more countries refuse to grow them.
