How About a Little Healthy Competition?

As grandly exhibited in the ongoing 2008 Olympics, one of the things we humans enjoy best is a little healthy competition. And what could be better than competing to do the most good for a healthy planet? Enter Carbonrally.com, where teams of regular Janes and Joes sign up for the Featured Challenges (such as switching to CFLs, parking instead of using the drive thru, etc.) and tackle them head-on to see who can make the biggest dent in their carbon footprint. First, recruit a team — it can be your friends, family, youth group, soccer team, bridge club — then sign up to collectively kick carbon, er, kiester (why not?), and let the games begin!

Personally, I'm going to see if I can sweet-talk my fellow MOTHER staffers into joining the game. Anyone care to take up a challenge?
