Why does Mother Earth waste so much paper, postage & resources on mailing renewal notices, which begin shortly after a subscription is started. The only alternative is to sign up for automatic renewal & leave credit card info on file. I am not comfortable doing this. I have requested email renewal notices, but have been told this can not be done. This waste of resources seem in direct conflict of Mother Earth's conservation mission.
