If you feed your chicks weeds early on, they'll be more likely to clean up your weeds when they grow up.

Every year when I hatch my chicks, I start them on regular feed, and also give them a little bit of weed greenery.

When they are old enough to be out in the yard, they have developed a taste for those weeds and devour them.
