KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA, Inc., announces the completion of an extensive update to its parts warehouse in an effort to increase efficiencies and better serve customers and dealerships. The overhaul, which took place throughout 2013, included a warehouse redesign, improvements on processing times and investments in stocking systems and packaging.

After taking a closer look at its parts warehouse, KIOTI Tractor developed a comprehensive strategy to restructure the system in an effort maximize support for dealerships. By redesigning the warehouse, KIOTI was able to add approximately 5,000 new part locations. Other upgrades included an investment in a carton-flow system, which more than doubled the capacity rate of parts shipped per day, and enhanced packaging materials to protect goods during shipment. The new upgrades have allowed KIOTI to improve order-processing time by 50 percent, enabling dealers to more effectively address their customer needs.

“We are dedicated to helping our growing network of dealers achieve their revenue goals by offering excellent support,” said Rick Snyder, VP of Sales & Marketing of Daedong-USA, Inc., KIOTI Tractor Division. “While doing a deep dive within our current system, we were able to pinpoint the necessary changes needed to help us better serve our dealers and ensure customer retention and loyalty. KIOTI is committed to continuously improving parts processes through enhancements and new innovations.”

In 2013 KIOTI Tractor embarked on its goal of becoming the most top-of-mind North American tractor producer. Through consistent systems upgrades, technology investments and dealer training and support, KIOTI continues to evolve and gain significant traction in the compact tractor industry.
