Description: You will learn how to inoculate a log to produce gourmet Shiitake mushrooms, This will be a hands-on workshop, in which you will inoculate a log, and then take it home to grow. It should produce delicious Shiitake mushrooms for you in the spring and fall for years to come. Your registration covers instruction and all materials you will need.
