Green Feast raises funds for educational programs at the South Orange County non-profit. Founded by Evan Marks, the six-year-old learning facility offers programs for school children, families and adults interested in learning about practical environmental solutions. The Feast will take place at The Ecology Center, a historic property surrounded by rolling hills. The evening begins with a stroll through our gardens, where guests will taste a variety of appetizers freshly prepared by local chefs. We will cover the steps involved post-skinning, from fleshing to finished fur or leather, along with useful tools and techniques.
