Manual Hay Baler Options

The past couple of summers I have devised a way to dry my grass clippings and stuff them into large plastic bags, then using the hay to feed my cattle in the winter.  I can get about 35 pounds of dry grass stuffed into each bag.  This summer I bagged about 75 bags with this method.

I would like to either purchase or build a manual baler that can put the clippings into a bale rather than a bag.  The bales will stack and store much better than the bags.  Does anybody know where I can get information about getting a baler, or plans to build one?  I don't want one that uses tractor PTO.
