I would like to make the land more useable for things like livestock, hunting, pets, ATV''s and even harvesting some wild mushrooms, firewood, or sap for Maple syrup. It''s been a year now and so far I cut a few trails, built a firepit, and started what I call an Indian wall with dead wood, thorn trees, and an old barbed wire fence. Does anyone have any Ideas on getting more out of my land with out disturbing nature too much? Is all the rotting wood good or bad for my woods? Has any one else ever built a "Indian wall"? Is it a fire hazard[?]

Sorry, my POS computer won''t download that file.
Anyway, I think I have become one with the poison ivy. It seems to bother me less and less.
