Hi,

The yurt is a 30'' diameter. It is a Pacific Yurt, with 2 doors, 8 windows,
7ft walls with the snow and wind package. It has a 15 yr roof, and new
upgraded outside walls(approx 4 years old), and included the fixtures, a
Lopi spirit propane stove, water heater, shower, bathroom sink, toilet,
kitchen sink and cabinets, ceiling fan and a 100 amp electrical panel. The
yurt is $16K new, and the fixtures are cost an additional $5 K. It is
sitting on a 36x48 deck. The deck installed was $13K.

We want to sell the yurt for $7,500, with fixtures for $9,000 with the deck
for $13,000.

If you are interested, we will send pictures.

Re: the original yurt for sale at top of page:
I thought I had it sold, but the deal fell through, so it''s still available. I did find out that shipping would be VERY expensive, so local pickup is really the only way to go. Still, anywhere within a thousand miles would be cost effective to pickup.

Price is still $2000 with all maintnance done and ready to set up.

BTW, benl, I''m in Boise ID. The yurt was used in Farifield (near Hailey) and saw some pretty seviere wind and snow with no problems.

Give me an emial, Jlfinkbeiner@yahoo.com

Hi,

I am looking for a small yurt to put in our backyard primarily for camping use. We live in Colorado and would like something that will keep us warm in the winter.  We can pick it up as long as it is not more than a day's drive from SE Colorado.

Thanks,

CB

Traditional Mongolian Yurt for Sale (2.5 years old) Vancouver Island, BC Canada

$3500

A beautiful yurt, with incredible hand made wooden floor, that is custom built so that is is easy to transport. Also comes with wood stove and porch. Cost $10,000 CAD new (inc. import fees) 2.5 years ago (without floor). 19 feet in diameter, great balance between size, portability and price. We want to continue living in yurt until September (or sooner if you need), and we will help you take it down once we have moved out. This structure would be best suited for the Interior, as it will withstand dry snow much better than the constant rain. You can see the website that yurt was bought from at http://www.yurtsdirect.c...ue_sizes_and_prices.html
Ours is Yurt #5

Hello,

I have just made a 21' yurt with a large 5' tono but unfortunately must sell it.  Just looking to recover cost of materials.  Asking $2000 OBO.

Comes with door, lattice, tono, 53 roof poles, tension cable, cotton muslin inner cover material, reflective insulation, and reflective tape.

Only the frame is completed.  You would need to make the cover.  I am including the brand new insulation and cotton material in the price, but you some material for the outer cover.

The yurt is presently near Santa Barbara, CA.  I can assist in transportation/setting up if you are in the region.  Otherwise there are good freight options.

I'd love to hear from you.

matthewkaicarter@gmail.com

Thanks.
