Wow, what a treasure. Especially the comic-book-size classic issue #1, my favorite for it's inspirational writings. Would you consider donating a set to another library? Maybe a school could use them and many could benefit, helping to preserve MOM's philosophy. I sure miss Eco-Village. The hands on workshops were great and helped convince me to build our own earth shelter 21 years ago. I wonder how many of today's readers visited there?

Pat, the county library got the master set on microfilm (through 2006 ), and our duplicate Mother CDs, but turned down the actual issues.

As far as EcoVillage, not me.  I grew up in another OOM enclave.  I was unaware of TMEN until I came here.

Sarah.

No response.  Bookstore turned down, as not books.  They went to the local library, where they will be pulped.

I have been out of town for a bit or I would have offered an option . You could have given them to various Chiropractors for their waiting rooms . That's where I saw my first copy . It was several years old but unlike many other mags in office waiting rooms the contents are TIMELESS .

Paratrooper, if I could have, I would have.  It hurt to see them go that way.  But we HAD to have the space for the ICS materials.  Librarians do not always have a choice.  Alas.
