Best Pot Roast Recipe to date!! Options

This was so incredibly easy, quick preparation & absolutely delicious! } } 1/2 lb Bacon or Salt Pork, diced; 2-3 MED Onions, chopped; 3 Cloves Garlic, diced; Pot Roast; Flour, Salt & Pepper to taste - Enough to coat sides of meat; Beef Broth/Stock - about 2 cups; Cook down bacon & place into Crock Pot. Coat the meat on all sides with the seasoned Flour, then Brown on all sides in the remaining Bacon grease. Place Meat into Crock Pot & top with Onions & Garlic. Pour enough Stock/Broth to come 1/2-way up the sides of the meat. Cook on HIGH 3 hours or on LOW for 8 hours. Before serving, I took a cup of the liquid & thickened it with Corn Starch then stirred that back into the crock pot, but you don't have to. Serve over Mashed Potato's or Pasta or Rice.

Sounds good, cmate! Thanks for the recipe! I use the crockpot more now that I'm working. I like to cook roasts on Sunday so I'll give it a try. It sounds yummy!
