I am sure a silly question - you will probably think that I AM the turkey... Options

I actually have heard of folks putting a diaper on a turkey and keeping it in the house... As far as on a balcony... unless it is totally enclosed the turkey would probably fly off.  Don't know if they can be de-voiced... Hens make a variety of noised but aren't excessivly loud (in my opinion).  Should I ask why you want a turkey on your balcony?  And what kind of turkey did you want to put there?

Although itis probably against the local law you could raise a turkey. But I'd suggest to keep it caged in a horrible small cage that you could maintain. I wouldn't want to be that turkey but most are raised in similar situations.

It would smell and to take away it's voice you might need to do simple surgery. You should probably give up the thought.

After you read this question I am sure it will be obvious that I am a bit of  a city slicker...is it possible to raise 1 turkey on a balcony (about 3 meters long)?  Is it possible to have them fixed so that they don't make so much noise?
