Burial in IN must be in an "established" cemetery. Check with the state Funeral and Cemetery Board to see how willing they will be to letting you set up an alternative cemetery.

Alas, even if you succeed with that, you''ll have to hire a funeral director to file the death certificate and other paperwork when someone dies.
