Award-winning Mark Joy has been homebrewing for 20 years and had his beer brewed by the Elysian Brewery for the Pro Am/GABF in Denver. His chili pepper beer was served in Seattle-area pubs this winter. Alison Sheafor-Joy works at Skookum Brewery and won the homebrewed sour beer category at the Cascade Cup.
