Erin McIntosh is the communications manager at Mountain Rose Herbs and a graduate of the Columbines School of Botanical Studies. She spends her days studying botanical illustration, playing in the garden, creating culinary gems and wildcrafting medicinal plants in the magnificent Oregon Cascades.
