Workshop Description
Corn is a wholesome grain that is easy to grow, harvest and process using simple tools, making it well-suited for small farms and backyards. It carries more genetic diversity than any other grain, and interest in relocalizing the grain is growing nationwide. Anthony Boutard will share his experience in returning traditional varieties of corn to commerce and the table.
