They taste fabulous ... but don't take our word for it. Try some samples, take home some recipes and cook up some wild edibles for your family and friends.

Speaker Bio

Kim Chisholm is co-owner of Wolf Camp and the Wolf College, an outdoor educational institute in Puyallup, Wash., with programs nationwide. She runs Wolf Camp and the Wolf College together with her husband, Chris. Chisholm grew up in Puyallup, and she and her husband live on Blue Skye Farm, her grandparents' old homestead, located just a mile from the Western Washington Fairgrounds. She holds a B.S. in Wildlife Science from the University of Washington.
