Workshop Description
Bokashi composting decreases the amount of time that it takes to finish compost, and it allows you to compost fish, meat and dairy products without special precautions for scavenging or rotting. This workshop will cover composting basics and an intro to bokashi. We'll build a bin and learn how to make the bran.
