What do I get if I help out?

How can I help?

  • Help staff alert the audience to delays

I really want to see a particular workshop. What happens if I'm scheduled to work during that time?

We will ask you to sign up for the hours you want to work only after the schedule for each event is available, so you won't miss out on anything.

I don't want to work during the FAIR so I won't miss anything. Can I still help out?

Yes! We need help setting up the FAIR the day before it opens and taking things down on Sunday evening. However, most of the jobs during setup and breakdown require heavy lifting.

I'm only helping on Sunday. Can I still get free admission before then?

Of course. Just stop by FAIR Helper Registration to pick up your badge when you arrive.

How do I sign up?

Click the link at the top of this page. You can choose what dates, times and jobs you prefer on the application.

Does the FAIR provide lodging for helpers?

Sorry, no. For the Pennsylvania FAIR, if you prefer not to stay at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort, several campsites are located within 10 miles of the FAIR.
