William Woys Weaver is the author of 16 books and the winner of 4 Julia Child/IACP Cookbook Awards. Chef Little is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and was until recently chef de cuisine of the historic Sheppard mansion in Hanover, Pa. He was the 2008 recipient of the Governor's Award for Culinary Arts.
