Welcome to the wild world of earth repair and grassroots bioremediation. This workshop will explore ways to work with the many microorganisms, mushrooms and plants that are the planet's finest and oldest disaster responders, alchemists and healers.

Leila Darwish is a community organizer, urban gardener and permaculture rabble-rouser. She is the author of the upcoming book Earth Repair: A Grassroots Guide to Healing Toxic and Damaged Landscapes.
