Workshop Description
Ducks have a lot of personality and can be surprisingly easy to care for. This presentation will cover choosing a breed, housing for ducks, feed considerations, predator issues and more. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion, photos of ducks on our farm, and a handout.

Victoria Miller and her husband, David, have raised heritage breed ducks, turkeys and chickens since 2007. Their off-grid farm is located in the foothills of the Olympic mountains in northwest Washington state. Victoria is a writer whose first book on heritage poultry is due to be published in 2013.
