Later, the eager young (or not so young) man or woman might consider forming a limited partnership to accrue the necessary capital to buy into the business.

However, the greenhouse is no place for the mystic or the idealist. It's a world for perfectionists . . . in a highly scheduled and regulated — yet stimulating and extremely satisfying — way of life.
