The uses of yogurt are limited only by your imagination. So to provide a little "starter culture" for your own culinary brainstorms, I'll share one of my favorite recipes: Grape Yogurt Sherbet.

Grape Yogurt Sherbet Recipe
To make this ice-creamy dish, beat together three cups of fresh yogurt with the thawed contents of one 6-ounce can of grape juice concentrate. If you wish, you can also drizzle in two tablespoons of honey. Then stir in two teaspoons of vanilla extract, and place the violet-hued concoction, set in a shallow pan, in your freezer. When the mixture starts to get mushy, scrape the half-frozen dessert into a bowl, quickly whip it with a chilled beater until it's smooth, and finish the freezing process. Then dig into a great yogurt dessert!
And there you have it. Yogurt is a unique living food that will boost both your health and your energy and can easily — and economically — be made at home. Try it. You may find that those tangy bacteria will add a lot to your life!
