Rabbits Included in Conservation Effort
Ten breeds of rabbits are now included in the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy’s mission to protect threatened breeds.

The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ALBC) has expanded its mission to include rabbits.

The ALBC identified 10 breeds that qualify for inclusion: American, American chinchilla, silver fox, Belgian hare, blanc de hotot, silver, beveren, giant chinchilla, lilac and Rhinelander.
