A dietary supplement, also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement, is a preparation intended to supply nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fatty acids or amino acids, that are missing or are not consumed in sufficient quantity in a person's diet. Some countries define dietary supplements as foods, while in others they are defined as drugs.

I want to share that the Camu-Camu fruit a rainforest fruit
which grows wild in the Amazon River Basin and is available in
capsules and as a powder, although primarily known for its
extremely high Vitamin C content, is a natural anti-depressant
which usually works within one day and has no side effects. Women
on birth control pills can take it. HIV-positive people can take it
without its interfering with their meds. And people with sun
    sensitivity can also take it.
