The prospective buyer should know, too, that each log home manufacturer sells a different "parcel". Some firms supply roofs and floor joists, others do not. Many offer options on these items . . . as well as a variety of structural and design features which can change the appearance of the original kits considerably. So it would be worth your while to look—and ask questions—before you buy . . . you just might save yourself it great deal of trouble later.
